Founder profile
Iskander Nekkaz - Le Roux
Iskander Nekkaz - Le Roux is the founder and automation engineer behind BonsAI Luxury. He designs human-reviewed systems for boutique hotels, resorts, villas and wellness properties.
His role at BonsAI Luxury
Iskander maps the work that sits between guest data, demand, booking follow-up, return visits and the people who look after the guest experience. He doesn't automate for its own sake. He builds each job with a clear owner, approval points, fallbacks and a result you can check.
The property stays responsible for its audience, messages, offers, consent and service standards. BonsAI's job is to make the work behind those decisions more consistent. It doesn't pretend you can take judgment out of the picture.
Background
Iskander is a two-time Stanford graduate, with a bachelor's in economics and a master's in public policy. You can check who he is on his LinkedIn profile and his Crunchbase profile.
The public name BonsAI Luxury uses is Iskander Nekkaz - Le Roux. Some institutional records close up the spaces around the hyphen in his family name. They still refer to the same person.
