Best for: a villa or guesthouse that wants a ready-made WhatsApp concierge with a rupiah price.
Conciergio says it's built in Bali for Bali properties. It answers on WhatsApp and Instagram in 26 languages. It says it reads live availability from a connected PMS, quotes real rates and takes payment before a reservation. Prices start at Rp 1.600.000 a month for villas up to five units, with the first month free and no setup fee.
The catch. It's a product for guest messaging and bookings, not a custom build. It says it's at the founding-hotels stage.
Can you build it yourself?
Yes, if someone on your team enjoys tools like n8n or Make and has a few hours a week. The build is the easy part. Keeping the answers current, watching the replies and fixing the weak ones is the work that never ends. Be honest about who will do that before you start.
In Bali the enquiry arrives on WhatsApp. The answer should too.
